A unique second generation hot melt structural waterproofing system, designed and manufactured for use on inverted extensive and intensive green, biodiverse brown and modular green roofs and podium decks.  Its unique polymer modified bitumen compound formulation, combined with reinforcement mesh and a high strength, integrated polymer modified, reinforced bitumen protection membrane, results in a tough, seamless, flexible, self-healing monolithic waterproofing system with incredibly fast installation speeds.  Wilotekt®-Plus is designed to last for the lifetime of the building. Wilotekt®-Plus is accredited for zero fall applications, has been awarded European Technical Approval (ETA 03/0049), is accepted by all third party building warranty providers such as LABC and NHBC, and complies in full with The Building Regulations and all relevant British and harmonised European standards.  The Wilotekt®-Plus system achieves a  ground-breaking 35 year insured guarantee covering materials, design, workmanship and insolvency.
