This BIM object includes Resideo VRM-N rotary actuators, designed for modulating and floating control of Centra rotary valves in heating and cooling systems. Compatible with valve types DR, ZR, DRU, DRG, V5421, V5006TY, and ZRK, these actuators cover a wide valve range from DN15 up to DN200. All models feature maintenance-free operation, high torque for reliable performance, clear position indicators, and manual override. Tool-free direct mounting and large wiring cabinets ensure easy installation and service.
