Description

Reliance Valves Tenant Valve Advance is a combination valve that provides several functions in a single unit and is designed to control water pressure and monitor water usage and supply to multi-occupancy sites, such as residential high-rises and commercial offices. Quick and easy to install and service, the one-piece cartridge design also reduces potential leak points and labour costs when compared to a traditional chain of individual parts that must be unpacked, threads taped, joining compounds applied, held into position and screwed together. The multi-functional valve includes a ball type lever valve (approved as a stop valve), pressure reducing valve with integral in-line strainer, serviceable double check valve, dual-reading pressure gauge that can be read from any orientation, and a connection point for an optional primary charging water meter, eliminating the requirement for further adaptors. All components are accessible from the front of the valve, for fast and simple maintenance. The valve is supplied with a moulded insulation cover, including an additional insulation ring for the water meter connection if required. WRAS approved for hot and cold water, the valve is suitable for pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 65°C. It is also adjustable between 1.5 - 6.0 bar.
