Rockwool ProRox SL 920 Acoustic Slab, formally known as Rockwool RWA45 Acoustic Slab, is the lowest density of the Rockwool slabs that we stock weighing in at 45kg/m³. This does not, however, take away from its fantastic performance. It is a high quality thermal and acoustic insulating slab that can be used in a number of applications, including floors and walls as well as roofs and boiler rooms. It is water repellent and long lasting. It also resists high temperatures and provides some fire protection. For better fire protection, chose the higher density slab Rockwool ProRox SL960 (formally RW5) which is also available to buy from us in different thicknesses.
