Description

The D102B, D103B & D104B valves:

Can be used in variable volume heating and chilled water systems
Have an operating temperature: 5°C to 95°C
Have a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar
Have a stroke of 2.5mm
Are normally closed, i.e. the action of the valve spring makes the plug move to the upper seat
Achieve class IV leakage to 225kPa
Are compatible with ACT995M and ACT992TH
Are not compatible with ACT991TH
Are not suitable for end of line service

Specification NotesThe control valve shall consist of a two / three / four-port characterised control valve. Shall provide Class IV leakage during isolation function up to at least 225kPa. Valve position to be controlled through a compatible actuator of the same manufacturer as the control valve, typically by a M30x1.5 threaded connection. Shall be manufactured from Brass, with PPS plug and Stainless-Steel springs. Shall be rated to PN16 and operate at temperatures to 95°C. As per Crane FS D102B / D103B / D104B.
