Description

Cityflor® warm roof living roof systems are robust SBS polymer modified bitumen membranes for use in extensive and intensive green, biodiverse brown and modular green roofs, as well as protected terrace, podium and balcony applications.

The anti-root technology has proven long-term resistance to root penetration, fertilisers and insecticides, and is specifically designed to withstand the application of intensive landscaping finishes during and post construction. Cityflor is British Board of Agrément (BBA) certified, is accepted by all third party building warranty providers such as LABC and NHBC, and complies in full with The Building Regulations and all relevant British and harmonised European standards. Cityflor achieves a 25 year insured guarantee covering materials, design, workmanship and insolvency. The Cityflor system range includes Air and Vapour Control Layers (AVCLs), tapered or flat board thermal insulation, underlayers and heavy-duty, root resistant capsheets self finished in a choice of colours providing a versatile and robust finish. Cityflor systems are combined with Axter extensive, intensive, biodiverse and modular living roof finishes to suit a variety of roof designs of differing complexity.
