Description

Cityflor® Neo flame free warm roof living roof systems are robust Neo-BitumenTM SBS polymer modified bitumen membranes. They are engineered for flame free installation on extensive and intensive green, biodiverse brown and modular green roofs, as well as protected terrace, podium and balcony applications. The anti-root technology has proven long-term resistance to root penetration, fertilisers and insecticides, and is specifically designed to withstand the application of intensive landscaping finishes during and post construction. Cityflor® Neo flame free systems are British Board of Agrément (BBA) certified, are accepted by all third party building warranty providers such as LABC and NHBC, and comply in full with The Building Regulations and all relevant British and harmonised European standards.  Cityflor® Neo flame free systems achieve a 25 year insured guarantee covering materials, design, workmanship and insolvency. The Cityflor system range includes Air and Vapour Control Layers (AVCLs), tapered or flat board thermal insulation, underlayers and heavy-duty, root resistant capsheets self finished in a choice of colours providing a versatile and robust finish. Cityflor systems are combined with Axter extensive, intensive, biodiverse and modular living roof finishes to suit a variety of roof designs of differing complexity.
