BTRS Warm Roof (Self Adhered)

Description

Bauder Total Roof System is suited to new build and refurbishment applications, withstanding foot traffic and most permanently sited plant. It can be used in warm, cold and inverted roof designs and also to overlay existing roofing materials. Bauder Total Roof System meets current UK Building Regulations Part B for external fire protection and features torch-free and safe to torch installation on combustible details.

This combination of vapour control and underlayer elastomeric membranes are self-adhesive, and incorporate reinforcement for durability. All Bauder specifications include membranes that are hot air welded within torch free zones to meet the industry best practice guidelines produced by the National Federation of Roofing Contractors.
